At PaintUFast Gaming Store, every item is made-to-order just for you. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your gear:


Production Time

All orders are custom-printed on demand, which means it typically takes 2–5 business days to process and produce your order before it ships. This time may vary slightly during peak seasons.


Shipping Timeframes

  • U.S. Orders: Typically arrive 3–7 business days after production.

  • International Orders: Arrival times vary based on location and customs processing, but most orders arrive within 7–21 business days after production.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or local delivery services are outside our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We do our best to keep shipping affordable without compromising quality.


International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! However:

  • The customer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to international customs processes.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update after shipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Please check with neighbors or your local post office.

  2. If still not found, contact us at PaintUFastGaming@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
