Refund & Return Policy

At PaintUFast Gaming Store, all items are made-to-order just for you. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason other than a product defect or a printing error.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defect or damage

Once we review your claim, if approved, we will issue store credit equal to the value of the affected item(s). No cash refunds will be provided.

Final Sale Items

Because each product is custom-printed on demand, all items are considered final sale. We cannot accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Delays in shipping once in the carrier’s hands

International Orders

We do ship internationally, but we are not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or delays due to international shipping regulations. Defective items for international orders will follow the same return guidelines.
